With the Jewish festival of Sukkot recently celebrating the abundance of the harvest, among many other things, there has been an abundance of deals announced over the past week – among them online gambling company 888holdings is buying British bookmaker William Hill’s non-US assets for USD 3 Billion, with Herzog Fox & Neeman and Latham & Watkins advising 888. In the fintech sector, Gross Law Firm advised Israeli fintech company Melio, as it raised appx. USD 250 million, at almost USD 4 Billion valuation. Greenberg Traurig and FWMK acted for OwnBackup in its purchase of California-based software company RevCult.
